Air-Con regas prices are from either £75.00 or £110.00 - please see below to find out your price and further details.

From January 2017, all newly registered vehicles were required use R1234 gas. A recharge of this gas would be £110.00 for up to 500g of refrigerant.

Before 2017, some vehicles used this gas and some used the previous type gas, named R134. The gases are not interchangeable, the correct gas for the vehicle must be used.

If your car used the 'old' gas, the price would be £75.00 for up to 500g of refrigerant. In the unlikely event that your vehicle requires more than 500g of refrigerant in the system, an additional charge would apply.

Both refrigerant types are available at our Durham, Chester Le Street and Consett branches.

Newton Aycliffe, Darlington and Sunderland branches can supply the newer R1234 refrigerant only.
