Croxdale Fast Fit were recently contacted by St Josephs Catholic Primary School in Newton Aycliffe - Could we help them out with their play area?
We certainly could!
Craig Sellars, our General Manager, met with Mr Liam Hunt, Deputy Headteacher of the School who explained that they were looking to design a new playground where they were hoping to have a range of activities including den building, construction and scootering. In order to mark out the different areas they were thinking of using tyres - what a great idea!
Croxdale Fast Fit Newton Aycliffe were delighted to supply the school with a number of our 'best' used tyres for these new facilities.
We also met with the Sports Leader children who were happy for an excuse to get some extra free play time outside!
As an extra treat - we also provided some new footballs to aid with the kids outdoor play and games.
We were so pleased we could help the school out with this and thank them for reaching out to us.
We can also take away and recycle any really old tyres that are too worn out to be of any use.
